Instructions for failed transactions for Fee Confirmation
While making online payment for registration confirmation fee in case your credit/debit card or bank account is charged but the Fee Receipt is not generated then following steps must be followed for fee reconciliation:

Important Notice
(Regarding Failure / Broken Payment Transaction of Registration Fee)
It is hereby notified that if payment of the registration fee is successful and transaction is updated at NIC server of UPSEE-2016, you will be able to proceed with the choice filling.
In case, your transaction is failed /broken due to some reason, whatsoever, then youwill not be able to proceed with choice filling. However, the amount debited against the failed transactions, shall be automatically refunded by the Bank after Reconciliation to your account. Further, candidates are advised to prefer debit card / credit card based mode of payment to Internet Banking based payment mode.
If your account is debited and you do not get active link for choice filling, then it means that your transaction could not be updated at NIC server of UPSEE-2016. It indicates that your transaction has failed and you are required to make new transaction.Although in such cases, you are advised to check your login after 3 to 4 hours once again for choice filling link and your bank account for refund of money.
In those cases, in which money has been debited from the account but could not be updated at NIC server and your money against broken / failed transaction is neither refunded by the bank in your account nor is updated at the NIC server even after 3 to 4 hours, you are advised to contact to the bank by sending an email as follows.
