Last year around 90% engineering seats remained vacant in the state than Dr. APJ AKTU releases a circular on 31st December 2016 and wants an application from those colleges who want to close. The number of applicants applies for UPSEE come down from 2.4 lakh in 2015 to 1.5 lakh in 2016 for all courses.

Number of candidates apply for UPSEE 2017 is just 1.2 lakh to take admission in B.Tech Course of Dr. APJ AKTU Lucknow Noida Region colleges, this is the worst in last five year. The maximum number of applicants who apply for UPSEE for B.Tech is in the year 2015 which is 1.7 lakh in number. There are only 100 engineering private government college where students want the admission but total 612 B.Tech colleges are presently active in Uttar Pradesh under AKTU university.

UPSEE application form online registration start date 18 January 2017, end and last date for apply was 20th March 2017 on upsee.nic.in. UP State Entrance Exam will conduct on 16, 22 and 23 April 2017. ADHAAR CARD Compulsory in UPSEE 2017 for all applicants who want to give Entrance Exam. The Entrance Examination Fee for UPSEE-2017 is Rs. 1200/- for Male/Transgender candidates of General & OBC category and Rs. 600/- for Female candidates/ Physically Handicapped candidates of all categories and SC/ST candidates.

UPSEE 2017 Dr. APJ AKTU ADMISSION PROCESS IN HINDI

• उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य प्रवेश परीक्षा (यूपीएसईई)- 2017 के ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म जनवरी से भरे जाएंगे।
• आवेदन फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तारीख 20 मार्च शाम 5 बजे रखी गई है।
• राज्य प्रवेश परीक्षा 16, 22 और 23 अप्रैल को आयोजित होगी।
• प्रवेश परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए प्रवेश पत्र वेबसाइट से 11 अप्रैल सवेरे 10 बजे से डाउनलोड किए जा सकेंगे।
• इस साल सभी अभ्यर्थियों के लिए आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य किया गया है।
• एकेटीयू से जुड़े कॉलेजों में अधिकतम 25 फीसदी सीटों पर ही दूसरे राज्यों के अभ्यर्थियों को दाखिला दिया जा सकता है।
• शेष 75 फीसदी सीटें यूपी के अभ्यर्थियों से ही भरनी होंगी।
• निजी कॉलेजों की 10 फीसदी सीट जेईई मेंस या फिर यूपीएसईई के अंतर्गत नॉन डोमोसाइल वाले अभ्यर्थियों से भरी जा सकेंगी।
• 15 फीसदी सीटें मैनेजमेंट और एनआरआई कोटे के माध्यम से भरी जाएंगी।
• काउंसलिंग के बाद संस्थान बची हुई सीटों पर जेईई मेंस, यूपीएसईई या किसी अन्य प्रवेश परीक्षा में सफल घोषित अभ्यर्थियों को दाखिला दिया जा सकेगा।

UPSEE 2017 admission process starts from filling online or offline application form on upsee.nic.in, then download admit card for the entrance exam. After that UPSEE entrance exam will be conducted in mid-April and result will announce around 20 May after that candidate can download counselling letter and attend counselling process, lock their seat according to their rank. Seat allotment result is declared then 2nd and 3rd round of counselling is conducted because many seats in top college get empty when students take admission in other university and leave AKTU-UPTU allotted seat.
