Dr APJ Abdul Kalam technical University (AKTU) has done a good deed for students this year, the university has started a Student Helpline in university Campus and the students of all colleges have access to it.
It is a relief for many as Student Cell is in University’s Lucknow Campus.

AKTU has established a call center in University campus for students.
It has been started so that students can file their complaints regarding Marksheets, Migration, number of exams, degree over phone.
The Student Help-line number is 0522-23368805, this has also been posted on University’s official website aktu.ac.in.

Previously students needed to go to the University Campus in Lucknow to file any complaint.
This was not easy for many students, and often many complaints were left untold.
But with the introduction of Student Helpline, every student can file a complaint regarding any department.
The Calls will be attended from 9 AM to 7 PM, and there will be two extensions of this helpline so that if one is busy
the call can be transferred to another.

Students are given freedom to call on the helpline in college hours, and once they do it, immediate actions are performed.
The complaint is sent to the concerned department and from their the issue is resolved.
University has taken Email-Ids and Phone numbers of students and uploaded them into the website
of the student helpline to make things easier.

After the issue is solved, the student gets an email or message on phone giving the information that their issue is resolved.
This helps and motivated the students in all the colleges of AKTU that their problems are being resolved and
they do not have to take stress for small things.

Dr. Rajeev Kumar, Exam Cell commented on this by saying that
the students had to go all the way to student cell or exam cell in AKTU Lucknow,
and sometimes they would not even go.
But now they do not have to do this, they just need to Call on the Helpline number and the help will be provided.
